Eligibility Requirements:

1) Age

The individual must have been under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012.

2) Arrival Date

The individual must have arrived in the U.S. before their 16th birthday.

3) Continuous Residence

The individual must have continuously resided in the U.S. since June 15, 2007, up to the present time.

4) Education or Military Service

The individual must be currently enrolled in school, have graduated from high school, obtained a GED, or be an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. military.

5) Criminal Record

The individual must not have been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more other misdemeanors, and must not pose a threat to national security or public safety.

6) Time of Application

The individual must have been physically present in the U.S. on June 15, 2012, and at the time of applying for DACA.

If your application is denied by the USCIS, we will refund you 100% of our application preparation fees.
